Presenting Sponsor: $25,000 (1)
This is the ultimate sponsorship package associated with the Challenger. Our
presenting sponsorship package offers the sponsor the most exposure associated
with the event.

* Presenting Sponsor Identification incorporated into the Tournament Name
* Media & Print Advertising - Sponsor name in all promotional and event coverage
as well as all printed material
* Program advertising - Full page advertisement in the Tournament’s program
* On-site Signage - Company banner hung at The Oaks Tennis Center
* Website - Sponsor name on Oaks Club Challenger website
* Golf Outing for 48 persons including cart fees, prizes, lunch, dinner, and bar
(Schedule and other restrictions apply)
* Pro-Am Entry - Two (2) invitations to play in the Pro-Am Tournament
* Four (4) tickets to the Pro-Am after party Tuesday, April 13

Wild Card Tournament Sponsor $7,500 (1)
The wild card event is the opening kick off tournament for the entire event. The wild
card event will receive its own press and promotional material.

* Company/Sponsor’s name incorporated into the title of the Wild Card Tournament
* Company’s banner hung on court one (1) during the main draw tournament
April 11-18
* Media & Print Advertising - Sponsor’s name incorporated in all Wild Card
promotional material
* Tournament Draw-board - Sponsor’s name/logo will be included on the
draw-board
* On-Site Signage - Sponsor’s name/company name on banner on court one (1)
* Program Advertising - Sponsor will receive half-page advertisement in the
Tournament’s program

Banner/Kids’ Day Sponsor: $5,000 (2)
The kids day runs just prior to the semifi nals of the tournament on Saturday, April
17th. Last year over 65 kids participated in the free games and drills offered by
the pros and tournament players. This sponsorship package is a great way
for your company to gain positive exposure while giving kids a great free tennis
experience.

* Tournament Draw-board - Sponsor’s name/logo will be included on the
draw-board
* On-site Signage - Sponsor’s name/company name on banner on all courts
and displayed at all Tournament parties
* Sponsor name will be affi liated with the Saturday Kids’ Day
* Program Advertising - Sponsor will receive half-page advertisement in
Tournament’s program

This sponsorship package provides sponsors with the opportunity to have on court
advertising throughout the event and a half page add in the tournaments full color
program.

* On-Site Signage - Sponsor’s name/company name on banner on court one (1)
* Program Advertising - Sponsor will receive half-page advertisement in the
Tournament’s program

Vehicles (one (1) car per sponsorship) can be displayed at the
Tennis Center during the Oaks Club Challenger

The Patron Sponsorship package provides the sponsor with great court side
seats,on court signage throughout the tournament and the opportunity to try their
luck against the tournament players in the Pro Am.

Tournament’s program
